Damian Punch, has been working professionally in theatre for the last 17 years. He acts, clowns, improvises, creates, directs and writes . Creating much of his own work. His street shows have been presented in Brighton Arts Festival Belfast’s Festival of Fools. With Nick Bryson (Legitimate Bodies)he devised “Hanging in There”, a comic dance theatre piece, which has been presented as part of the Aerowaves Programme, went on to tour Europe, also in, Dublin Fringe, Liverpool City of Culture, Edinburgh Fringe, Hollyoke Massachusetts, Queens Festival Belfast and das fest zum tanz Dusseldorf, Echo Echo Festival of Dance and Movement Derry NI. With Graffiti Theatre Companies opened with “Walking Man” 2011-2013 & 17 and the Irish translation “An Fear Siúil” 2012-13 & 18. Performed and co-wrote “A Practical Guide to Women” with Donal Gallagher of Asylum Theatre Productions in festivals throughout Ireland. Directed Dowtha Puppets outdoor Christmas Spectacle“Tír Na Nollaig” and KCATS (inclusive theatre) “There Be Dragons” in Abhainn Rí Festival, “Release the Freak”  by the Lords of Strut and also directed a number of street shows. Also in 2014 & 2015 performed in “The Elf Factory”, directed by Veronica Coburn. In 2015 wrote and performed Cork Ghost Tour, which is now an established and regular feature on the streets of Cork.  Damian impovises comedy in Cork with Snatch Comedy Improv.
